Anyone who has Parkinson’s with lower limb dystonia treated with DBS?

I have hamstring dystonia going on 4 years plus. I see a movement disorder specialist who has a lot of experience in treating dystonia but she has yet to find programming that has helped reduce the pain. Sitting is very painful. I also have Gastroparesis, chronic constipation secondary to Rytary. And I have a migraine headache disorder where many foods are triggers. I also have chronic insomnia. My gut is a mess. I have tried Vyalev and it failed to improve my gut and left me with several skin infections. With respect to the migraines, I have tried all the CGRP meds. Emgality did work for several years but no longer works. I am in the process of getting approved for Vypeti.
Anyone else have similar issues?
