Anyone tried using red light therapy?

Posted by domokane @domokane, Jul 29, 2023

There seems to be some evidence that photobiomodulation - heating the skin via infra red light - has some benefits for stimulating nerve re growth. There are lots of devices available on Amazon as well as lots of seemingly expensive treatments provided by chiropractors.

I would be interested to know of any personal experience with such devices and any possible recommendations.

Don't buy anything from the chiropractor high-priced, if anything find out what they're selling are trying to sell you and then look online and see what the prices I paid 8000 for myriad rebuild the 300 prescription red light Hanheld therapy red light They say helps with the program up the 300 rebuilder. Not sure if it helps or not. But I know the rebuilder. If you go over four, you're over stimulate in the long run. State under 4.
I did it 30 minutes a day in the morning and 30 minutes at night for 70 days. And then at 5 I noticed i was over stimulating. So I turned it down and down and down all the way to 0. Call bractor told me stop doing it for 7 days and then start back up. You gotta do it. I'm away you feel. They want me to go to 10 minutes. I 1 minute.
And still over stimulated. When I got the 6 in 5 at night. So I got a quick doing the night. I just do five in the morning at 0 Back in September, my legs were just burning on fire.
The better now.
Thanks to the rebuilder three hundred

I purchased a red light therapy device online for about $150 six months ago. I was disappointed. It did not alter the gradual numbing of my feet.

I then went into hyper-mode & researched infrared light and the different manufacturers. I found there to be a huge difference as to quality of the machines based on U. S. versus imported manufacturers. I then wrote down the company name and model number of the machine used my physical therapist & purchased identical machine (even tho I am not a medical provider, I happened to find one online). So I am in week 3 of using it. There is no doubt …. absolutely no doubt … that it has helped the arthritis in my wrist. I can use my hand for the first time in 5 months. In regard to my neuropathy, the jury is still out. My neuropathy has stopped progressing in the past weeks but I am a rather jaded personality. I don’t know if that assessment is wishful thinking or truly positive results. I believe that I will know for certain in another month. I hope this helps.

My husband with Parkinson's dementia used the Vie Light 810. It helped him cognitively, as well as my sister who has Alzheimer's. They will give you all but 20 percent of your money back if you try it for 6 months and you think it doesn't help. I use the devise now to keep my brain tuned up. I'm 82. Buy it only from the company that has developed it. I first found out about it n AARP magazine. It will cost around $300, I believe.

It’s our nerve problem on legs or arms or? Two years ago, I hit my bottom-legs on my car-garage wooden-steps. That moved away from no-pain, cutting the grass, walking & fixing inside or outside… 😉

… THEN during that - today - kills my pain, balance walking, falling down (dozens per day)… I’ve lost my outside body from my brain. I didn’t understand how to “fix or help” myself from my brain to my other bodies. 😟

I’m going, the middle-April, will “fix” a bad nerve to get everything back. That’s a 3-day for me & walk-over-walk after, BUT, according my doctor takes a 6 hour day when he “fix” it. The cost of this is around $150,000. Think about that huge BIG buck. He’s not the not the only medical-pros; way more than that doctor; 6 hours & way more medical-pros during that time. 🙏🏻

Yes, I have a TBI accident 12 years ago. My body is pretty OK; of course that’s my brain-loss. 😇
