Anyone taking a GLP 1 w/ prednisone (10mg or less) & beta blocker

Currently I am taking a brand name GLP1 and have had painfully slow if any weight loss. I have a BMI of 31 and for my height I am in the obesity range of things. My progressing heart failure motivated me to try the GLP 1s since diets and exercise were not working. I also take a low dose of prednisone (10mg) to keep the hives at bay from my diuretic allergy, along with a beta blocker for high blood pressure. If you take a steroid and a beta blocker along with a GLP 1, please share how your weight loss has progressed. Thank you.
