Anyone notice what looks like whitehead material from labia?

I noticed by accident if I press on the skin of my labia a white head looking material comes out. There are no leisons or itching or burning or smell I just happened to notice this by accident when I thought I was trying to remove toilet paper but that's not what this was. I am on Estradiol patch and have an iud which my gynecologist recommended for menopause. It doesn't look like lichen sclerosis and I read that ls is itchy and painful. I have no idea what this is it's not cysts as there are no noticeable bumps just this material comes out if I press or squeeze the labia.
