Anyone have tachycardia after receiving a cortisone shot?

I have HCOM and am on 15 mg Camzyos. I am doing remarkably well on this drug. Last week, my podiatrist gave me a cortisone shot in my foot to relieve arthritic burning pain and I experienced tachycardia for 20 hours. Has anyone had this happen to them?

I have afib and tachycardia if I even take 2 mg oral steroids. I have never had an injection but tachycardoa seems possible. Hope you are okay now.
