I was just diagnosed on Tuesday, 4 days ago. The big "C" has always been a fear of mine and now I have to worry about the possibility of increasing cancer in other organs. Now that really scares me even though CLL is at the early stage and needs no treatment at this time. That means I have to worry about the future.

@jerseyjim13 Love your life Jim , treatments are very good if you ever need them. I didn't have treatment for 21 years after diagnosis . Make sure to educate yourself and stay to date with what is going on with treatments . I am 5 years in remission after my first treatment . You can imagine the advances in treatment in the 21 years . You can't change it but you can live on and not let it get you down. Best wishes!

Welcome to Connect @timmattheyer You are a breath of fresh air this morning! Love the uplifting, positive advice you gave to @jerseyjim13 with his newly diagnosed CLL. Having been through a cancer journey of my own, I’ve also learned it’s imperative to remain positive, always with an eye to the future, and enjoying every day to the fullest. Our diagnoses don’t have to define us. ☺️

So thank you for sharing your experience with CLL. That’s amazing you didn’t require any treatment for 21 years and when you did, it was quite successful. What was the treatment you received 5 years ago? How long were you taking the medication?

Hello, I wanted to return your questions. I all you have to tell. Have
never taken medications for my C. L l and I do believe that in recession
right now, because it wasn't in my blood. The last time we took the test.
However, I am coming up again for a new test. A couple weeks and we'll see
what happens. Is it websites
