Anyone experience Wide QRS. If so, what symptoms?

Posted by jprice713 @jprice713, Jan 23, 2025

I just recently got over being sick and dealing with alot of PVCs, PACs which always happens when i get sick. I ended up going to the ER and they found a Wide QRS while I was there. I was scheduled to follow up with cardiologist which I'll see tomorrow. Today I started feeling that flush weak feeling again and I thought is was remnants of the virus. I started feeling it again this evening and checked ekg and it said sinus rhythm with Wide qrs. I see the electrophysiologist tomorrow and they are rechecking potassium and electrolyte levels. I have not been dehydrated and BP has been slightly elevated but otherwise normal. Has anyone else experienced Wide QRS with those nausea feelings? Thanks in advance...

You seem to be a typical case on the face of it. Before long, you should have some responses from people who have the same condition. I hope it happens soon, and that you find what you're looking for.

Yes going through it now. I had the afib ablation 10 days ago and have been feeling fine. They go out of town for a couple days and wham. Put of no where. My kardia monitor read wide qrs. I called cardio on call, he said could my flecainide. Said either go into er if it comes back here or come.home. I have to make appt with electro doc, so.i will be making appt in the morning unless it comes back and I leave to go home tonight
