anyoe has Propanalol induced vasodilation causing you a sleep disorder

I took Propanalol for 6 months and it caused a sleep disorder. I stopped it 3 months ago yet I still wake up at 2.30 a.m. with my hands and feet hot; this is called vasodilation. It does not allow you to go back to sleep for another hour or two.
