Any doctors in Massachusetts have experience with Pancreatic Rest Sx?

My 14 y/o with DS has had reflux-type Sx for over 1 year. Got endoscopy with everything. All negative except for Pancreatic rest protruding inwardly from the stomach wall. Of course GIs says it doesn't cause Sx. Great, it's the only thing abnormal, and it "doesn't cause Sx.
Looking for a Doc who takes MassHealth and has treated this for causing Sx.

@x999x have you contacted the Medical Society in your state or town? They have lists of all the doctors who are eligible to / and do practice in the state or town.. try it!
