Ankylosing Spondylitis/Ulcer from NSAIDs

Has anyone experienced an ulcer as the result of long term NSAID use? I developed an ulcer and have a been in a 12 week period of healing my ulcer meaning no NSAIDs. So I have gone from 0/1 pain level to 6-8 daily.
I have started with LND (low dose naltrexone) but it takes time.

Are you on a biologic drug or immunotherapy with
your spondylitis?

I was on Enbrel but was doing well with just NSAIDs for over a year. I am addressing some other issues like a flatlined cortisol, Iron deficiency. I want to see if I can rectify these before having to return to biologics. I like to avoid going back on biologics of if I can.
