This is a newsletter that is non profit run. It’s great for beginners or old hands. Lots of great articles. Currently read one on new Tonmya drug and decided to give it a try. Please check it out. @leoandbear - Thank you for posting info about the American Fibromyalgia Syndrome Association! There seems to be a wealth of knowledge there. I signed up for their email newsletter. Looking forward to seeing if Tonmya works for you - seems like quite a few people on this forum have found some relief from it!
