Got my test results. Is my liver basically gone?

ALP 516, AST 97, ALT 217.

Just got these results overnight through my doctor's online patient portal. Haven't talked to him yet. Would these type of numbers warrant imaging?

I"m checking in with you and wondering how you are getting along. Were the doctors able to provide any diagnosis or treatment as a result of your ultrasound? Will you be having any follow-up appointments? What is next for you?

The ultrasound did not show anything of significance, which is good but still no answers as to why. I have another blood test today to check numbers and then I assume she will make some decisions on the next next. Thanks for checking in.
