Airway clearance order of devices?

My new pulmomogist recommended airway clearance 2x a day with Albuterol, 7% saline, and Aerobika, in any order. Is there a best order to use these three before huff coughing? Thanks!

On the chance that you have Kaiser Permanente insurance, you should know that Kaiser does cover 7% hypertonic saline. I pay $12. for a month supply.

BCBS covers 100% the cost of 7%.

Re Kaiser, I pay $20 for a 3 month supply of 7% though mail order. Different plans may have different co-pays, but as mentioned by @bernadene24 Kaiser does generally cover hypertonic saline.
