My pulmonary rehab coach proposes that I try this device - Airvo 2 - which is somewhat like a CPAP, delivers warmed water vapor through a special cannula. Anybody used this, and if so, what results?

I’m going to look into it! Thank you. I’m taking a break from my cpap, actually Ive been sleeping in a recliner so my head is upright. Another reason I’m on a break is because I started to get paranoid about water in the cpap chamber, where does it go? Even though it’s a minimal mist.. I think it goes in my lungs and I end up with more infection, upper respiratory infections. Now I’ve had a few more than I normally get, I can’t blame it on the cpap machine but I plan to use an empty chamber when I start using it again.
