After diagnosis of abdominal aorta stenosis new diagnosis

Arterial PVR test results on my chart: is this something to be concerned about about and what questions should I ask to vascular surgeon:
RIGHT: There was infrapopliteal occlusive disease as well as moderate small vessel disease and digit disease of the right lower extremity. There were no calcified vessels of the right lower extremity.

LEFT: There was moderate small vessel disease of the left lower extremity. There were no calcified vessels of the left lower extremity.
