Aches and Exhaustion

The achiness I feel reminds me of when I've had the flu. My friend has Fibro and she said that's exactly what she feels like. Some days I wake up achy and exhausted. Other days like Wednesday and today Friday July 10th 2026, I started out feeling well but once I went out to do things it changed. Wednesday i went and did Door Dash for an hour and a half, i stopped cause i was getting a migraine. But after about an hour of being home, I felt like crap. I was achy exhausted and somehow have good sized blister on the bottom of my heel. I also found out by googling that taking too high a dose of Tylenol raises blood pressure. So the one pain reliever that was helping take the edge off, raises my BP. I decided to take a mental health day yesterday, I'm in an alumni program from and IOP, and I cancelled my going to my afternoon session. Today I felt fine, went to Dollar Tree and Publix for maybe 30 minutes total, and ever since I feel like I have the flu. Aches and exhausted. Does anyone else experience this or something similar with Fibro?
