About Absolute neutropenia

Good Day

Could you please share your experience with absolute neutropenia
after we made cbc test were number of lymphocytes are high and neutrophil low about 0.6 , after we made WHOLE cbc test for another time seems same lymphocytes reactive and absolute neutropenia
aswell my WBC in range aswell my CRP and copper all these in range ,So please advise who be in the same problem? what will the result ?
