Abdominal pain and fevers after Omicron long hauler

I had Covid in May 2022. Since then I have been having upper right abdominal pain with “haziness” over this area in CT. Daily fevers, unable to exercise. I previously did vigorous workouts and ran. I can barely walk a leisurely mile without my heart rate going up too high. Has anyone else had anything similar?

Did you have a CT of your abdominal area?

Hello. Thank you for your response. Yes. I have had 2. One with contrast and one without. They show a haziness over the mesenteric area. All organs seem normal. And all my labs are normal. I have an MRI scheduled too.
