AAA and Low Dose Asprin

I have a 4.6 ascending aortic aneurysm. I have been taking a low dose Asprin for years as recommended by a Cardio Dr. Recently my GP said to stop taking it. At the moment I don't have a Cardio Dr. so this makes me somewhat uncomfortable, I don't know if we are more susceptible to clots when we have an aneurysm.

It sounds to me as if you need to find an aortic specialist. Now.
