Treating a brain tumor with BRAF mutation

I have a question
A patient ia diagnosed with brain tumor and he needs Anti BRAF medications Dabrafenib and tramatenib

Are these available at Mayo Clinic?

Hi @norajoe, yes, at Mayo Clinic some patients with BRAF mutation may be treated with targeted therapies. Dabrafenib (Tafinlar) and trametinib (Mekinist) are typically used for melanoma and thyroid cancers to my understanding. There are also other related targeted therapies such as vemurafenib and cobimetinib and encorafenib + binimetinib. What type of brain tumor is it? Or is it brain metastases?
