No, can't help you there, but I do know people who have had up to six. One of them runs the other forum I frequent. He was an EMT to boot, and had five until he found one EP who could figure out how to nip his ectopy. He has been free of ectopy for, I think, seven years now. I have had two, and celebrated a year free of ectopy in mid-February. The EP told me he was zapping the third pulmonary vein when my heart suddenly reverted to NSR right before their eyes and stayed firmly in that rhythm. He didn't challenge my heart, nor did he bother cardioverting me, which he said he always does. I think they must have high-fived.

Is there any particular reason you'd like to know about three or more that you feel comfortable revealing?
