7% Saline vs 3%
My doctor said I could go on 7% saline, if I wished, but did not say it was absolutely necessary, my call. Two questions I have about it.
1. What are side effects of 7% vs 3%?
2. Is it readily available. When I first tried to buy 3% at Walgreens and Publix Pharmacy, I had to wait weeks to get it.

It has not been unusually harsh on my throat. No problem with hoarseness
I was on autofill with Amazon for the Resp-Ease 7% but now it is not available. Ended up using my prescription at CVS for 60 vials of another brand of 7% for $38. I think you can get a better deal but Amazon doesn’t seem to have a good deal at this time.
I found this link at Amazon for 7% from Nephron RX required. Apparently $22 apparently for 30 day supply.

The price @picartist cites is through Amazon Pharmacy - you need a prescription, but the price is pretty good. The Nephron, Base Labs and Naveh brands all come from pharmaceutical companies. I avoid the "no name" ones because I don't know their source.
Also, if you have a "local" pharmacy - rare these days - they can usually get it for you if you ask.
I’m in UK could be different here.
I have my doctor write a prescription for a 90 day supply (larger quantity is nearly always much cheaper) for 7% (180 vials) and I use GoodRX. I have been getting from Shaws Pharmacy for about $44 for a three month supply.
Walmart pharmacy but you need a script. NJH recommends 7%, at least for me with MABs and BE
