7% Saline vs 3%

My doctor said I could go on 7% saline, if I wished, but did not say it was absolutely necessary, my call. Two questions I have about it.
1. What are side effects of 7% vs 3%?
2. Is it readily available. When I first tried to buy 3% at Walgreens and Publix Pharmacy, I had to wait weeks to get it.

I get my 7% at Walgreens using my GoodRx and told them to put me on auto refill. So far so good

Did Amazon require a prescription? I noticed they are selling 7% without one and yet my 3% from them does require a prescription. I am wondering about the purity. thanks.

Would you tell me the brand name? Prescription required? I am leary of buying something that is made in an uncertified pharmacy grade lab. Thanks.

I get a script from my doctor. The box says Ritedose Pharmaceuticals.

Thanks, I finally found something on Amazon that is RX only. This is the brand I use of 3%. Has it been unusually harsh on your throat. I am a little hoarse now from 3%.

Don't you think that's risky using something other than pharmacy grade. I finally found a prescription one on Amazon. I asked their chatbot Rufus but Rufus steered me wrong. Finally got the right link from chatbot and found the RX one Amazon sells.

I think it the same. It’s purified water the same as any hospital would use
I’m sure they wouldn’t be able to sell it as nebulising solution if it wasn’t safe.
Can’t be 100% sure maybe someone else knows more
