2 years sick, nauseous and dizzy, no answer, please help.

So I’ve been sick for about 2 years now. It started when I was using meth. I would get real dizzy, nauseous, weak feeling. So I decided to quit. Well all the dizzy and nauseous feeling stayed there. The only relief I seem to get was when I overate. Well now her I am 2 years later, I still get extremely dizzy, a constant nauseous feeling, overall tiredness that only gets worse when I push myself physically. (Like to the point where I can barley get out of bed I’m so dizzy and nauseous.) I’ve tried 4 different types of anti depressants with no prevail. I’ve had multiple blood tests done and it comes up nothing every time. But I feel so terrible. I can’t drink alcohol at all anymore cuz it makes me dizzy and sick. It is an absolute struggle to make it through a day of work. By time the day is over I feel like my body is so weak I can barley move. My legs are shakey, my eyes hurt, I’ve lost 30 pounds in a matter of months, and the doctors keep saying it’s depression. But prior to drug use and during I was never depressed or had any problems. I’ve had an endoscopy and colonoscopy both came back fine. No medicine makes the nausea go away. I’ve tried Xanax still no relief. I just don’t know what to do at this point and I’m just praying someone has an idea of what to do.

Ok ya I haven’t really been able to drink caffeine..I’ll definitely look into that thanks.
@reganripple you mentioned that prior to and during your drug use you did not experience the issues you have now. I would like to remind you that the inappropriate drug use may have altered your bodily systems. With no medical training, I can only guess that, as suggested, you may be suffering from depression and/or menieres disease. It is good to include everything in your history with physicians. Please follow the suggestions given you here and try to find out what is going on. Your rapid weight loss is a significant symptom. Please do not ignore it. I hope you find answers soon.
@reganripple You sound miserable and you need some compassion, not lectures. I know you’ve seen quite a few doctors over a long time, but I think you need to go to a major medical center in a city near you. First, you want to write, in a journal, all of your symptoms, how long you’ve had them, just everything. And you’ll want to be honest about drug use in the past. Do you think you can do this? Please let us know what happens. Becky
@reganripple you are very welcome. I hope you find some relief.
@reganripple I'm sorry that you've been experiencing such miserable symptoms. Can you pin down exactly what triggers each thing? As Becky @becsbuddy suggested, if you can link what you're feeling to something specific, and write down your thoughts, it could help your doctor make an assessment. I've started writing in my evernote folder what questions I want to ask my doctors so I don't forget anything.
So,the dizziness and nausea started while you were still using? Was something going on in your life when it started? Sorry for all the questions. I'm just naturally curious. I hope you can find good things that relieve your dizziness and nausea. And in the longer run find wellness for all the parts of you.
I have to go along with the Meneres Disease. I have had it for over 45 years, went undiagnosed for 25. The feeling I would get was like I had just gotten off of a spinning carnival ride. The dizziness and nausea were terrible. Here are the things I had to learn and do to make it better: 1) salt and sodium content of food is a real killer, the Meneres is triggered by a fluid imbalance in your middle ear, salt and sodium increase fluid retention in your body and increase the imbalance in your middle ear, limit yourself to under 1000 mg of sodium a day, become a faithful label reader. 2) go to an ear specialist and have them do a water test in your ears with sensors on your eyes. 3) the over the counter medication Meclizine is a great help, it helps with both the dizziness and the nausea. Go this route and see if this works out, if not you have at least found this isn’t the problem, oh by the way caffeine can also be an irritant.
Ok I will try that medicine at least to see if it help with the dizziness. I appreciate you sharing your story.
