18-year-old stroke victim

I’m really not sure which topic this goes under. My healthy 18-year-old son had a stroke this past September. Though workup found PFO. This was closed. Neurologist thought this was due to tear although MRA was negative. And process of work up found diluted viper venom test slightly elevated times two currently awaiting results of a third test. Not sure where to go from here.
He had no DVTs or PEs

Yes, I think that is our next step

Any family history of early strokes? Also consider a genetic workup or put it into the doctors ear. Sorry for your boy. I hope he has no permanent deficits.
