13 fruits and veggies a day and 120 ounces of water??
I have had 3 cancers and am trying to avoid a 4th by healthy living. I consulted one nutritionist who told me to eat 13 fruits and no vegetables a day to increase immunity. She also told me to drink as many ounces of water as I weigh. (127#s). Coffee, juice don’t count. I’ve been trying to do this for a month but never reach those numbers. Are they reasonable goals?
