Stage 3 kidney failure: Should I drink more?

Should I drink 80 ounces of water daily to improve stage 3 renal failure or may I drink Green tea and cranberry juice as a substitute for some of the water?

I also hate the taste and tried True Orange to disguise, but it didn’t quite do it. I will also go for tge pills,
