I’m slowly not able to remember where and what I’m doing daily.
I’ve been losing things and not remembering what I am supposed to be doing. Luckly I am computer savvy so I use my calendar and cell phone hourly to remind me. I never had a good memory even when I was young but now it’s really frustrating to suddenly not remembering something that I was doing. What’s my first steps?

I’m going to get a memory test from my doctor.
I identify so much with many of the folks here! I am 87 and live alone. I had 2 strokes back in Feb. this year, don't remember much of 3 hospitals and several ambulance trips. I do remember 5 weeks in a nursing home for rehab. and my wonderful daughter and son-in-law taking me out and moving into my home with me! I was on a walker for several months, but gradually managed to walk alone, so they could move back home (15 miles away). My memory is not as good now, but might be just my age now! I use whatever helps to jog my memory; also am not very strong. Not complaining!! Very thankful!!!
Do you know if you can do a remote daylong seminar? How would I find that out?
Your right I always forget to vacuum and dust so I guess it can wait till I remember
Have you tried taking 1 tsp of Virgin Coconut Oil in jar in am and 1 pm? The Caprylic Acid and Lauric Acid in Virgin coconut oil are the fuel the brain uses to make new brain cells (neurons). You can Google all about it. Also Dr Dale Bredeson has written all called End of Alzheimers and in it explains all you need to know. It’s hugely crucial to stop sugary foods, drinks and white foods bc they cause Type 3 Diabetes in the brain which causes the death of brain cells.
I find that I can remember things better if I say them aloud, even a mumble. This is particularly relevant if I'm about to go into another room to do something routine. It lessens occasions of going through a doorway and wondering "Why did I come in here?"
Someone told me she'd read that these memory wipes are caused by a new room equalling a new event.
Exactly what I’ve found out. I can remember 8 digit numbers by saying them out loud. But you tell me 3 different items and 5 minutes later I’ve forgot 2 of them.
