Does anyone have daily persistent headache with dizziness every day?

Docs cannot figure it out. Dizziness too.

Find a new doctor! I have to push my doctors. I saw a neurologist that tried Botox for cervical vertigo and I had to ask for any diagnostic methods to try and fix. They said U just have you live with iy and do exercises daily. Talked to my pain management with and he did nerve blocks on my neck and I feel like a new woman.

Thank you. I will ask my pain management doctor! Now if I can just get someone to do do test's on my chronic pancreatitis. My doctor says I'm done and won't make it yet he has not ever run any tests in 10 years or more. Every scan I have for anything always says my pancreas is normal. Nobody checks my blood to check my pancreas enzymes. Last time they were non existent. But in the past that was because my pancreas and common bile ducts were not working and clogged with junk. They then opened them and cleaned them out and put a Stent in for a couple of weeks and everything worked again. I just feel like that is happening again, but he won't run any tests? Why and how can he decide I'm dieing with out looking at the inside of my pancreas and check my ducts? That to me makes no sense. I need confirmation that I am as bad as he says. Am I wrong

Maybe you should see a internal medicine doctor. Or probably better a gastroenterologists experts in the pancreas area

Talk to him about the pancreas issue
If he doesn’t do anything try a different one. Sorry you have gotten no results for a long running issue. Call tomorrow for an emergency appointment or go to the hospital. Let me know how it goes. Don't settle for doctors don't refer you to the right specialist. Primary won't know what to do.
Keep pushing, after 20 years of pain my pain doctor listened to my concerns and asked what we could do to try diagnostics. I feel like a new person! Not fully fixed but finally great results

My celiac dr tested my stool for pancreatic enzymes. My pancreas is not making enough so she put me on Pertze digestive enzyme (requires a script and is $$$ for four big bottles) and Hydrocloric Acid capsules.

I have a gastroenterologist here. But I need someone to run test's and check the ducts and inside my pancreas to see what is going on. My gastroenterologist here I have seen for 12 years, but he says nothing can be done and I'm done. I don't understand how he can say that and not run test's in over 10 years?

Everyone with daily headaches - if u are eating chocolate, cacao and/or drinking any caffeine, those are famous for causing headaches.

Tried stopping all that and didn't do any good.

My daughter suffers from horrible migraines. Went to several migraine clinics New York, Chicago. 15 a month got her the Botox which does help.
