Has anyone had sinus issues and tinnitus from Covid long haul

I have these symptoms too. I have not found relief and my symptoms just get worse. I had Covid February of 2022. I’ve lost over thirty pounds from this distressing situation.
I’ve seen all sorts of doctors and tried many, many types of therapies. No help.
Allergy meds only make me drier and I already have dry eyes, nose, mouth and skin.
Do you have hyperacusis as well?

No, I don't have hyperacusis. I am in the process of trying out hearing aids which seem to help with the tinnitus. I am also seeing an ENT that is helping me with the sinus issues.

Hearing aids helped me at first. My ears change so much it is hard to keep them adjusted properly. Also, my hyperacusis prevents me from having them turned up too much. It’s a difficult situation. Acupuncture has helped me some with sinus issues.

I as well have had severe sinus issues. I can’t even hold my balance.
Just got the updates vax thinking that would help…no help.
Nasal steroidal irrigation gives a little relief for a few hours, a reduction of flow only.
I’ve tried it all, it’s very frustrating.

I have no balance issues just mucous in my sinuses and blocked Eustachian tubes which I believe contributes to the tinnitus it's terrible sometimes louder than other times. Hearing aids help mask the tinnitus but are a pain to wear all the time I have had tubes placed in my ears to try to help with sinus drainage which now I am getting out more mucous to the back of my throat I just don't see any help in how doctors are going to figure anything out with so many different weird symptoms. I continue with ENT visits, and I am in two long haul clinics with Cleveland clinic and Cincinnati medical center so far, no answers. I just live day to day and try to stay active but it's hard to do luckily, I was old enough to retire from my job because I cannot do what I once did.

Agree, LC is VERY frustration. Wierd symptoms, providers usually dont know anything about it and dont seem to want to learn and those providers that do have some knowledge you cant get in with. Balance issues are terrible. Bu then you really didnt want to be able to stand up did you? LOL Sounds like POTS. ( google). I once asked a medic if he was familiar with POTS and he said you mean pots and pans? LOL

I had Extreme post nasal drip (was causing me very disruptive sleep as constantly blowing my nose and coughing all night long and quite irritating during the day) per my ENT, he prescribed a nasal spray to dry things up but it gave me stabbing pain in my head when I would try to use it. I talked to my chiropractor and he thought I should try a supplement made by Standard Process called Antronex, sold by many chiropractors, Naturopaths, etc. The bottle of 330 tablets cost $48, so it wasn’t expensive. I am a small person, 125 lbs and I took 3 tablets twice a day for 3 or 4 weeks until my symptoms were under control, now I just take one a day ( 2 if I have a cold). Anyway, my sinus issues are 80-90 % better. If you go to the Standard Process website, there is a link to where you can search by location to find a nearby location that sells this product, many have online stores.
