Cyst on Pancreas?

Posted by faithann64 @faithann64, Feb 25, 2021

So recently i had a CT Abdomen Pelvis w/ Contrast and they found a cystic structure to arise on the Pancreas . Said it could represent a serous/mucinous neoplasm. Anyone knows what that means ??? Thank You. ( 57 year old male.)

@caroline24

Just got a call about an hour ago from my doctor's office scheduling my EUS and biopsy for October 17. I'll let you know what I find out then. Thanks for replying.

I recently had Abdomen/Pelvic ct scan because I had epigastric pain. One hospital found what looked like Vasculitis of hepatic artery and pelvic viscera. Another hospital found inflammation of hepatic artery but ruled out Vasculitis
They also found .7 cm lesion on spleen, .4cm pancreatic neck, IPMN side branch, and scattered foci in both kidneys too small to characterize.
I’ve had follow up with rheumatologist who informed me I didn’t have Vasculitis. I’ve had no other follow up. I don’t know what to do. So, I reached out to Mayo Clinic to schedule an appointment. I missed their call today. I will call back tomorrow morning.
That seems like a lot to find
