Prolia and its side effects.

I only had two injections of Prolia and started noticing blusters on my gums Then they got worse and started making holes the bone had gotten so soft that it was like a liquid that would come through my gums if I pressed on them, I had never seen or heard of anything like this I started searching on the web and saw pictures of what was happening to me after that I made appointment with a oral surgeon and he was able to save my jaw by scraping out the dead bone it left a hole but the gums finely grew up and I haven't had any more problems. Now I tell anyone not to take Prolia.

I'm a 72 year old female and have been on prolia for the last 4 years with very good results. Recommended by my doc as we have history in the family. I go to our local cancer center where they use it for chemo patients and have only had positive results.

I have been on Prolia for 8 years and had more problems with Evenity than Prolia. My doctor wanted me to switch to Evenity, but it gave me severe back pain and swollen thighs at the injection sites. Now I'm back on Prolia.

On Prolia for over a year... Despite the hype and fear and struggle to come to a decision, I have had zero side effects.
I have terrible osteoarthrits. Knees, spine wrists...can not take nsaids now that I have A fib, so I am really feeling the arthritis. But it is no different on Prolia, before or after

I have osteoarthritis. I had it before Prolia injections. I started Prolia 18 months ago. I also take collagen. I have had less osteoarthritis pain as of 1 year ago. I don't know whether to attribute that to Prolia or the collagen. However, I made a huge increase in my spine density in one year. I went from a -4.2 to a - 3.6. Perhaps that has helped my bone pain.

If I found out it helped osteoarthritis... I would think it a miracle.
But I have no clue... I'm going to look that up.
I was managing osteoarthritis for years as long as I took aleve... Recently had to start eliquis for a heart thing....no more aleve! Tylenol is useless.

I’ve been having Prolia injections twice a year for around 8 years now, with no side effects. At first I was afraid of it, reading all kinds of terrible things about the effects on the jaw bone, but nothing bad has happened. One possibly positive thing: I tend to fall rather frequently, and (knock on wood) no broken bones so far.

That's good news... No more broken bones...
I've learned a few things since I broke my ankle. Keep exercising, even if only a 30 minute walk and stretch everyday... It helps

Unfortunately you had to go through that. I just keep telling my doctor no, no, if you find anything natural, I'll think about it, but other natural, absolutely no.
