Does anyone on here take it ? I am under complete stress and anxiety. I take 30mg . I am so scared about taking it or I can’t function at all. My husband has cancer and I am constantly worrying .

I used to take it, I really slept well with it.

How did you wean off of it . I am scared . Due to extreme stress and anxiety, I have been on it almost one year .

I undid the capsules and divided the tiny pieces into new capsules. I started with taking half and then a fourth, etc. But I still needed something to help me sleep.

How many milligrams did you take and for how long ? You poured some out of the capsule ?
