I was diagnosed in March 2011 with nh lymphoma in my right lund. Removed lower section. Following year 1 small spot on right lung , radiation , now 6 years clean and now in stomach. Did Rituxan for a month last year and have been doing Chemo the last 4 months. My problem is that i started having itchy bumps showing up each month it got worse. This month we stopped for 2 weeks but they are still appearing. Around my eyes really bad. Can't figure out if Bendeka or neulasta.I have 2 more rounds to go but I can't live with this constant itching and bumps all over. Have steroid creams but they just seem to keep coming back. Thank you

Hey there! I had 6 rounds of CHOP chemotherapy and one month of radiation for Non-hodkins Lymphoma when I was 18. This summer will mark my ten years of complete remission 🙂 Let me know if you have any questions or just need to vent about anything! I would be glad to help you any way I can.

For the nausea I took Zofran and Phenergen and ate smaller, frequent, small portions. For the exhaustion I have never gone back to my pre NHF level of activity. I have gotten used to doing less. To be honest, I still take the anti nausea meds because I can't stand to eat otherwise. But I have had intractable nausea since early 2013. When I got diagnosed with the NHF tumor in the small intestine in 2017, and they removed it and did R-CHOP, we all thought that the nausea would disappear. No such luck. But I feel fortunate to not be worse, so onward and upward.

Are you by any chance talking about B-PLL? probably not. I started a discussion on that, but no one else seems to be connected with such a rare cancer. It's nice to be unique for some things, but not cancer. No research on how to treat ,and what to expect.
I have Non Hodgkin Follicular Lymphoma, I was diagnosed on 1/5. My Lymphoma was found two weeks after finding my cecum cancer. When my surgeon ordered a CT scan, after my polyp came back cancerous. sighing.. double trouble. Cecum cancer was a stage 1 had surgery to remove that. The Lymphoma is on a watch and wait approach.. since I have no symptoms other than swollen lymph nodes near and around my aorta. Not sure if you heard of this book? I purchased it to and it has lots of helpful information. "Living with Lymphoma: A Patient's Guide" by Elizabeth M. Adler. I wish you the best.
Hi, I'm looking for ideas. I have follicular nhl. Had chemo . Iwas doing well. I can tell it's coming back.. last time I was full both above and below my diaphram. What is going now is causing a lot of trapped intestinal gas and has slowed down my bowels. I'm taking miralax which helps with my bowels. Not the trapped gas. I've tired extra strength gasex. Helps a little. Does anyone have suggestions?
That's awesome! I pray you'll get the same news next year. In the meantime, enjoy life!
congratulations! Enjoy. gp
