Anyone try Antihistamines for treatment? Looks to be very successful

I came across this article after viewing the most thorough explanation I have ever read about LT Covid, what it does to our body, and why some folks develop LT Covid/ Video is by Dr. Mark Hyman (so knowledgeable) and Dr Leo Galland, M.D (a genius!) Further below I included that link as well. After viewing, you will more than likely walk away saying OMG. Of course, antihistamine treatment is just one protocol and as we all know, we require several therapies modules.

Here's a link for Dr. Galland's research and treatment plan. Quite overwhelming.

Yes, to antihistamines and to Leo Galland, both have helped me significantly. First antihistamines: there was a major study done at Feinstein Institutes/Northwell Health that used pepcid because it is a H2 antihistamine, link: https://www.northwell.edu/news/the-latest/famotidine-clinical-trial-shows-reduction-covid-19-symptoms. And, Dr GALLAND, was an enormous help to me, I used his video that walks through long covid and ACE2, mitochondria, gut, & brain: https://vimeo.com/572078040. Thank you for the link to his 2023 pdf, I had not seen it. Be well!
