Peripheral neuropathy Pain caused by Vasculitis

Would peripheral neuropathy pain occur across the middle of my back around my rib cage to the sides of my breasts?
I'm getting the pain on both sides.

I have Polyarteritis Nadosa
I started with a rash on both feet and one leg. A biopsy was done and it confirmed the PAN.

Hi @donnelson, I'm very sorry to hear that you are suffering. Are you able to share a little bit more about your experience with us? Are you saying that because the Gabapentin and Xerelto made you dizzy, you are no longer taking them at all? Did you transition to another medication?

No other medication but some B12

I'm only taking B`12. I think the problem is that I was diagnosed  before the clinic went to a new computer program

Only B12.  And it doesn't do a very good job.

I am a 71-year-old female and have been trying to manage urticarial vasculitis for 2 years. It spontaneously occurs daily in different places all over my body. It started 2 years ago as huge welts, moved on to painful lesions and now spontaneously starts itching and burning forming painful red welts. I have tried several drugs but find the only way to control the itching and burning is to take a Zyrtec, spray with 1% hydrocortisone, and wait.
I also have excruciating neuropathy in both feet which began a year ago. For that I take a Gabapentin 300mg at night to help me sleep but that has ceased to work. I also take a morning Alpha Lipoic Acid capsule and a Vitamin B Complex pill. Can the two be related? I cannot stand the pain for much longer!
