Is anyone using Dupixent for COPD?

I read this pill is quite effective

It is not a pill. It is an injection every two weeks. It cleared the 3rd trial in May of this year with good results. Google Dupixent & COPD and read all about it. My husband has been on it since about 2018 for eczema and it has worked wonders. It is also used to treat asthma. I hope it will get final approval soon for COPD. Biologics are a new class of drugs now and seems to be working well. Husband has no side effects from it and if there are any, they seem to be minimal. I hope they can be used soon for my COPD.

thank you for your comments
unfortunately not even two medical "experts" can agree of treatment options "outside the box"
like blood ozone therapy, stem cells, lung valves, etc
I have vitamin C infusions (2 grams or higher), use NAC tablets, cupping, acupuncture and Chinese herbal brew, all if which is helpful
please share your experiences

I have both emphysema and Asthma as well as allergies. Dupixent has been extremely helpful for the asthma and emphysema part. I have been on it for well over a year. Please ask your doctor to participate in the my dupixent program. It will give you the medication free of charge.

I have Stage IV COPD and recently had zephyr valves inserted and started on Dupixent. Am so pleased with the valves, however am having horrific side effects from the Dupixent ----- mainly profound vertigo and dizziness, with visual disturbances and headaches. In the process of physician consults to rule out the causes of the symptoms ie neurology, ENT because Dupixent has worked so well for my breathing and decreasing congestion. my O2 Sats with the pulse oximeter have been in the high 90's - 96-97. could not ask for more when they were in the 94-95 range before. I just started in November 23 with the dupixent and really don't want to stop but dont want to be dizzy either! Has anyone out there experienced side effects similar to these?

I will recant my comments re the side-effects of Dupixent side-effects of vertigo/dizziness etc. I have since discovered that coincidentally those symptoms started at the same time I started the Dupixent. I have found the Dupixent to be a life saver in dealing with my State IV COPD/emphysema. My O2 Sats are consistently in the 95 and upper percentile, the secretions have significantly decreased and I can do most things that a 75 y/o woman would want to do aside from terribly strenuous activity. My quality of life has improved so very much! I apologize sincerely for any misinformation that I may have put out there.
