Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?
I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

Yes , I was just diagnosed with Poly Neuropathy. And the doctor said well your nerves are dying ! I ask what was the fix and she said you have to deal with it and there's nothing they can do.. I love the fact that they just say oh , well this is life ! Don't think so but I am no Dr. Best of luck to all . Gotta find some kind of solution..
Exactly right ! It's definitely affecting my balance and other nerves, autonomic nervous system ! Not fun .
sounds like borreliosis or co-infections or mold... watch this:

I think you don’t need to worry about this so much. It’s happened to see and it’s just my digestive tract working.
It first feel like it’s external, but then you become aware it’s deep inside you. There’s no pain? More like a buzzing feeling. But you may want to address your anxiety
I developed internal tremors after I broke my hip. Thought it was a result, my
doctors felt if it didn’t go away in a few weeks it would be permanent. It never left. I also have Neurofibromitosis Type 2, which I had been able to control with meds( had children to raise) . Nothing helps now, the tumors have spread throughout nervous system and that may be the cause. Doctors say there has never been treatment for internal tremors. Some people do get lucky and are
able to manage it. Some use alcohol ( I’m not a drinker, don’t like alcohol),
zanax and valium sometimes help. I now have cancer also, nothing an help me now. Try a tranquilizer for sleep,it helps for a while. Gabapentin in large doses
works well for me. Vood lick to everyone suffering with this.
Believe me, when a doctor says “ you have to live with it”
you do. There’s nothing that can be done to help. I constantly cook and bake, to keep my hands moving.
Certain parts of the body are worse with each person, When your nerves start to go find an activity that distracts you. If you are still working ,think about disability. You need time to focus on your issues. I was disabled at 50, that was pushing it. I loved my job, but like myself better now. I’ve had Neurofibromitosis Type II since birth, learned to bake , opened a bakery and that helped me deal with everything. Now I also have Cancer,
and other issues. Baking and cooking saved my life. I was helping myself, qnd people enjoyed it. Now I am too old to do anything but cook and bake for friends. A distraction is all you can give yourself. IT WORKS.
Good luck
Hi,
I wish there was more research to determine if Covid vaccines can initiate internal tremors/vibrations. I began with the silent or internal vibrations a short period after my second Covid Vaccine. I didn't know what to do about them and waited awhile before I could see a Neurologist. They are full body vibrations at times and other times it is only my feet and lower legs. The Neurologist started me on Alpha Lipoic Acid 600 mg daily. I took it over a year and eventually it calmed down, although not totally gone. It is worst when I am trying to fall asleep or during the night, they are present when I awaken. During the day, they are not as noticeable except for my feet. Then I got my 6th Covid Vaccine booster and a week and a half later, they came back in full force. Very discouraging. In my mind, the vaccine may have been the cause. I also have much louder ringing in my ears during the same period. Neurologist said that anxiety can also initiate them but although he has heard about this, he is uncertain of the cause. I felt like I was going crazy trying to explain what I was feeling to my physician. Sometimes I thought there must be a huge machinery room on the floor below me in the hospital because I could feel it vibrating and had to check with others to see if they also felt the vibration, which of course they could not. It is not painful but very unnerving and interferes with my sleep and makes me feel more anxious. Hope we all get relief.
Yes, I have the internal vibrations and shaking. It comes and goes. Don’t know the cause ….
Mine started with my bed. I had the same mattress for almost 10 years and, suddenly, I started feeling what seemed like intense electric shocks hitting my head and traveling to my feet. At the same time, the middle of my bed started sinking. After dealing with this and trying to find out why this was happening, I had had enough. So my daughter bought me a Sleep Number bed. After a few nights, the same thing started happening. It became worse and the bed literally started inflating and deflating even when I unplugged it. After a couple of weeks of that insanity, my daughter sent the Sleep Number back and replaced it with a pillowtop 14" deep mattress. Within a week, THIS bed started sinking in the middle. That was when the stress became unmanageable. My blood pressure was sky high and, at the ER, I was diagnosed with delusions and sent home. I now live in an IL facility that has saved my life but has little effect on the tremors.
Yes! A buzzing/vibration all over the body, worse when I'm lying down. Not painful, per say- but disturbing and uncomfortable. I am otherwise a pretty healthy person. Hardly anyone, including my doctor, knows what I'm talking about.
