I was told that it is nothing I do brings on the fast afib. Like you I wore myself out trying to figure out what causes it. Sometimes I thought it was the position I lay in bed🤣. It is the anxiety of it all. I am 61 years old and worry that this is going to be my life. I just get back on track, back to gym etc and my head is in a good place when off it goes again. Sorry for complaining but it's just the way I feel at the moment. Just frustrated.....I'm sure you understand. Let's see what cardiologist says on the 19th.
