My wife has been buying Dr Gundry's supplements for several years now and after looking at the ingredients on several of his products, I noticed that Maltodextrin was added. Maltodextrin is dangerous for your Gut Health. I wonder why Dr Gundry feels that Maltodextrin is an advantage for Gut Health?

Leaky gut is real. Dr. Gundy miracle cure is not. He and other Docs selling stuff on the internet are out to make lots of money . Thier products are not prescription drugs and they know they don't have to prove that they do.

I’ve been diagnosed with GERD, IBS-M, and Leaky Gut. I’m also dairy and shell fish intolerant. I prefer natural treatments before prescriptions. My Doctor and I have been working on me for sometime now. Two years ago she suggested Dr Gundry’s Lectin Free Diet. I’m not going to flower it as it’s a hard diet to be true to! Especially if there are other food issues to add to the mix. I never ordered his supplements as I felt that’s foolish if I’m eating healthy. It took along time to get my head around this way of eating. It gave me back hope and a social life again. I don’t feel he’s a scam but maybe pushing supplements is his profits. @rashida That’s interesting about availability. Maybe I’m wrong but I think Benefiber is still available in the US. As for Miralax, I’ve never used it, but I know it’s prescribed for constipation here, not diarrhea (as far as I know).

Absolutely great advice that I hadn’t thought of. I’m all for homeopathic solutions. Something I’ve also found that helps to keep the digestive process flowing is olive oil. Add it to food or take a shot.
