Is the amyloid microclot test available in US?

I am writing to ask if anyone knows what medical facilities (Mayo?) are doing the amyloid microclot test? and are any willing to try the treatment that is provided in the referenced paper? The work was done in S Africa.

So I’ve been researching and heard this is the only place in US doing the micro blood clot test:

Found via Twitter researcher Prof Doug Kell — “In the US rthm.com is a place to contact.”

I went to website and they aren’t in my state yet but put myself on waitlist. They are in AZ, CA, FL, OR and WA.

I recommend researching this more but sharing what I’m finding. I feel like Mayo Clinic would be my first choice if they offered it.

Also as with anything scammers are already sending emails about fake tests. Dr Kell notes that on his website. Here is link:http://dbkgroup.org/longcovid/

To be clear, I have not researched Dr. Kell so I’m not recommending this. But sharing what I’m finding.

And FWIW, it seems the tests for microclots used to be possible, see here:

And they _may_ be available in Germany, it's unclear:

I actually received the miroclot testing at Medhelp 280 in Birmingham, AL with Dr. Jordan Vaughn. He is pioneering this field in the US based on the South African research. I have seen it work! I am actually doing the natural treatment route which he also educates on and supports. Overall, I believe he is very correct in my extensive labwork and results. I have attached pics of my results. Hope this is helpful! He sees folks all over the US right now, and lets you mail in the blood to be tested.

I actually received the miroclot testing at Medhelp 280 in Birmingham, AL with Dr. Jordan Vaughn. He is pioneering this field in the US based on the South African research. I have seen it work! I’m also going through treatment with Dr. Vaughn. It took about a week for them to call me back. Im doing the triple therapy. Dr. Vaughn is very intelligent and I’ve been following others he is treating and almost everyone has seen success.

What level were your clots and how did you decide between natural and triple therapy? My clots are 3.5 and he highly recommended TT. how is your treatment going?

I’m also going through treatment with Dr. Vaughn. It took about a week for them to call me back. Im doing the triple therapy. Dr. Vaughn is very intelligent and I’ve been following others he is treating and almost everyone has seen success.

Insurance covers medication and lab work except for the clot test. I’m out of state so I paid out of pocket for my consultation and for the doctor to treat me.
