Is anyone unable to stand in one spot without getting exhausted?

Posted by m @mh10, Mar 26, 2023

Since post Covid, one of my horrible symptoms is I cannot stand in one place more than a minute (sometimes less-it varies on the day) without feeling EXTREME fatigue in my body/legs, short of breath, dizzy. It’s impossible for me to do without hurrying and laying or sitting down. Weird thing is that I can walk but as soon as I stop walking and am still in one spot, I feel like I’m dying.
Has anyone experienced this?

Bless you. I did not have this exactly what you expressed, but, I had debilitating fatigue after having Covid and was extremely weak for about 3 months. God bless you.

Yes, I know that feeling. I sometimes can't walk very long without exhaustion either.

Thank you for sharing this it gives me hope. I am just about 2 months since Covid and still exhausted and weak. Did you do anything to help you get better any suggestions?

Thank you. I’m getting a bunch of tests done to rule out a lot of other things. I hope you feel better too. ✨

I had to make myself REST! I had very little appetite. Stay hydrated. I would do a few things and then lie down. I had Covid last August and was tired all the way through November and then I got better. This was a different exhaustion. Sometimes I would nap during the day. My heartrate stayed high for a couple of months and then it came back down to normal. That was tiring too. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is rest, but, rest is healing with Covid. It takes time. God bless you.

Thank you so much for your response. That is good advice. especially about do a few things and rest. I am doing things until I am exhausted and cannot move....so I think I should just do a little at a time and pace myself. Thank you for the blessing and God Bless you also. Much peace and love.
