I have just started on this journey myself ... still working on the right dose ... it's not bad at all I use an auto injector because of my partners hands shaking and my broken hand plus a stroke last year has given me limits. It's a tiny needle you don't even feel for the most part in the shaft of the penis.Believe me if you have ever zipped him up in your zipper that pain is a 100 times worse.

To me injections are more appealing than pumping something up. Another reason I chose against an implant, no more natural erections.

My only complaint about injections is the cost.
I have read implants had the highest satisfaction rating among men with erectile dysfunction.

Well just returned from visit with urologist ... in the course of conversation was told if your a "grower" and not a shower ... meaning if your small flacid but enlarge to a decent size when erect ... if you do an implant you will not be near as large as u will be normally ... most men I was told are disappointed .. if you grasp your penis by the head and pull it out ... whatever you see like that is about the length you are going to get ..

Thank you Jake for your information and recommendations. I am going to deal. I will try the injection as a precursor to the implant. I still have not heard to he cost yet. I do have Medicare and I am 73 years, so penile implant should be an acceptable end remedy that Medicare can approve.
Shots can be expensive since they have to be blended at a compounding pharmacy ..mine are 85.00 to 120.00 a bottle depending on the mix good for about a month and about 16 injections depending on the dose you are using ..can use the needle every other day ... Go on YouTube and look at the different surgeries on penile implants that is what I do before I make any major choices .. if your diabetic will make a difference which implant they will be willing to use so I was told ..they like to use the mallable one since the infection rate is lower in diabetics ..

I have a pump implant, 1st year anniversary. I wish I had done it years ago.
Between medicare and my supplemental insurance, it didn't cost me a penny. It is reliable, anytime, anywhere 24/7. I am the same size erect, but much larger flacid. I have no noticeable loss of sensitivity and I have my confidence, self-esteem, masculinity etc. etc back.

Have you tried the penile shots yet? Many have good luck with them and many Doctors recommend going that route first.
