How long have you had post-covid?
I´m hopin that my son and I recover soon. Of course. We´ve had it for six months now.
How long have you had it?
Would love to hear from those who are still as ill, as well as those that have started recovering and those who have recovered.

You’re referencing the whoop. What is that? Did hyperbaric tx help? I’ve read about it but my insurance won’t pay for it. I have FB and could read about your story there if you provide a link. Thanks Crystal
Had covid the end of Oct. 2022. Took me a little over 3 months to feel better. Even now I occasionally get tired, although not as bad, and only need to rest for a shorter period of time. I found by taking short walks and trying to get out as much as possible (weather permitting) has helped me a lot.
Hopefully you and your son will recovery quickly - you need to do as much as you can for yourself. All the best.
Since 12/20 and 9/21
Since September 2020. Improvement in severity of symptoms, but still suffer from all to some degree. SOB, POTS, Brain Fog, fatigue, dizziness, heart rate fluctuations with little to no exertion, heart palpitations, post exertion malaise, headache…
March of 2021 with headaches, brain fog, tremors, insomnia and some SOB. They have all improved, but not gone. Took 4th Pfizer stab and now mild tinnitus. I was healthy, exercised, ate lean and supplemented with vitamins, minerals and amino acids. I still do, but have had to take it few notches down, since l don’t feel the same. I don’t believe in conspiracies, but l believe 100% this virus was man made and that it escape that Chinese lab, but l digress. I’ve stayed with positive attitude of changing what l can and deal with the rest.
I don’t think this will go away ever until we depart. This is not very positive, but l am a realist. Lastly, l stopped taking all sleeping and anxiety meds, since they didn’t make me any better. Doctors are treating symptoms not the cause of the problem.
Have your tremors improved? I got Covid in October 2022 and head tremor started on day 1. Then I started internal tremors in my arms. Been to so many doctors. Any suggestions?
I wish I could say mine have improved. I have also been to many many doctors. Trying everything except Parkinson's meds. So sorry you are also going through this.
I had it July 2021 and had long covid that lasted about 2 months. Had it again in May of 2022 and still suffering! Good luck to you.
Feb/March 2020. Was strong/healthy when I got what I thought was a mild case of Covid 19. Three weeks following my bout with covid I had an emergency operation to remove my gangrenous gall bladder. I believe that is where the covid virus settled in my system. I am still experiencing all the typical long covid symptoms, mostly neurological in nature. Tremors, brain fog, extreme fatigue, achy joints, painful muscle spasms...etc. It will soon be 3 years I've been dealing with this and I have tried so many ways to relieve my symptoms and am loosing any hope for improvement. My doctor has prescribed stimulants (Adderall) which does help my narcolepsy and I have been dosing myself (with doc's approval) with antihistamines, 1 and 2 and would be lost without Tylenol and Aspirin.
I got mild COVID in the very beginning, March 2020. LC symptoms developed 6/2020, all neurological in nature: vision problems, light/sound sensitivity, tremors, muscle and joint pain, fatigue, light-headed/dizziness, nausea, migraines. Unfortunately my symptoms have never improved, and I haven’t been able to work since. Have been to multiple specialists, including Mayo. They have tried numerous medications and treatments to no avail. The one thing that did help is the 3 week Mayo Clinic Pain Rehab. It doesn’t fix you, but rather help you understand what is going on in your body, with tools and practices to help you live with it.
Good/Bad news is that I finally got approved for Social Security Disability last October. Happy to have finally been approved, but sad this illness changed my life so drastically.
I have heard that people who got LC in the beginning have the worst of it, since we got the full viral load and no vaccines, etc, had been developed. I pray you and your son have a solid recovery soon. 💗
