Spots on my pancreas
Hello
I’ve lost over 30lbs in the last couple months. Doctor sent me for a full body CT scan. Came back with a haze and nodes on my chest and spots on my pancreas. Yesterday, my doctor ordered an emergency MRI. I’m waiting for an appointment. Of course we look on google to find answers. It scared the hell out of me.
My other symptoms are lack of appetite, fatigue and nausea. I have type 2 diabetes that was diagnosed 3 years ago. I’ve suffered with my digestive health for years.
I know that I have to wait for my scan but the weight is scary.

It is best to stay positive and pray for the best. I try to stay away from look information on Google.
Sending prayers your way. 🙏🏻
I too have pancreatic cancer I'm a stage 4 and I experienced weight loss about 38 lb loss of appetite & vomiting. But the great doctors at my cancer institute administered two different type of chemo in it seems to be working wonders. It's continued to shrink more and more. The chemo helps me get my appetite back and marijuana helps to also. I also take quite a bit of treatment & supplements for my digestive system that includes Cura med, mushroom turkey tail, grape extracts, frankincense, water and tea , vegetable & fruit supplements ,try to stay active ,exercise, stay away from stress and negativity. And if you're religious person then pray he d love to hear from you.

And also my chemo treatment:Carboplatin & Etoposide
Can you tell us more about any chromosomal reports and why this chemotherapy combination was chosen? Where are you being treated?
How did you come to choose these supplements? Did your oncologist state they would not interfere with treatment?
Thank you.
Is your treatment of carboplatin+etoposide a field trial? If so, where?
@granite, good question to ask your oncologist when choosing integrative therapies or supplements along with cancer treatments. Some supplements, teas, vitamins can interfere with the effectiveness of treatment.
Here are my favorite websites for finding evidence-based info about herbs and supplements:

@jodaface02, in case you didn't see Granite's question, they ask how you choose the supplements you mention. Does your cancer center have an integrative medicine department?
@annacabral131, I wanted to check in with you. How are you doing? Did you have the scan? Any news?
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m staying positive and avoiding google.
My MRI is scheduled for Feb 12th. Cross my fingers everything goes well.
Thank you. I hope you’re doing well. I will speak to my doctor about supplements once we figure out what’s happening inside my body.
I only wish stress wasn’t in my life. A teenager does wonders for the stress levels.
Stay positive.
Thank you.
