I like this chat room! I wanted to chat about Christmas giving. I'm lonly and battling lonliness. I gave myself a new 5G iPhone 12 this year for Christmas, my old phone was an Android and wasn't working anymore. I've been playing with my new phone, and talking to Siri. I gave myself a Homepod to go along with it. I put the Homepod in my kitchen and can say "Siri, what's the weather?" and Siri tells me the temperature outside. Now I have somebody to talk to 🙂 It has some limitations, I'm learning. If anybody has a similar product, like I'm aware of asking 'Alexa' questions. I'm wondering what the difference is?

I got my CT scan back on my lungs not sure what exactly they are saying either I have UIP or a autoimmune issue
IMPRESSION:
1. Mild bilateral symmetric pulmonary fibrosis, probable UIP pattern, consider possibility for hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
2. Occasional lung nodules up to 4 mm, using Fleischner Society guidelines no further imaging follow-up necessary, consider one-year follow-up surveillance if the patient has high clinical risk factors for lung cancer..

See your doctor! Unless you have an MD or significant medical training it is risky to try to interpret your CT scan findings yourself. I fell for this once on a CT scan for my lung cancer. I was worried all weekend about what I read and here it turned out the increased density of the nodules was an appropriate response to the radiation treatment and things were actually looking OK. See your doctor!

Thank you my friend I already saw my dr and now go see a lung specialist, just waiting on insurance to approve it

@jimis65 I have always read my results, also, and sometimes trying to cobble together what they are really saying can be daunting. That is where a competent medical professional can really help as they relate it to your individual situation.

I get paper printouts of all my scans, results, and labwork, to have a historical reference. It is easy to highlight different things and make notes.

Please let me know what you find out from the lung specialist! I hope you do not need to wait a long time for an appointment!
