What helps improve osteoporosis without medication?

Which one do you have? Does this help osteoporosis as well?

i do not have one just tried it in a drs office he said it is good for osteoporosis i asked my dr he said what does that mean show me some data

It’s a board with red laser lights. They sell them for home use too. I’ll have to check out the research. I know that there are studies showing that helps grow hair as well as something like minoxidil. And they sell caps with laser lights for that. I’ve also seen studies showing it is good for inflammation. But I don’t know about osteoporosis and that I’m trying to find out about that as well.

I’ve read several articles that say taking collagen can help, along with weight bearing exercises. Does anyone have any experience with collagen and osteoporosis or possibly more info on this?

I was told bu the chiroprator who had the lazer in his office that it helped osteoporosis then i called the manufacture and he said it was not true .
The unit is great for many ailments but not as he told me
