Just eat healthy. I have found that I had to loose weight and am eating more fruit and veggies and it's helping. As long as you feel happy within yourself is the main thing. Take care Hugs
Yes I am always on a very healthy diet. The depression leads me to an unhealthy diet when I could not looking after myself very well. My weight is really stable. I have been eating healthier lately so I'm going to keep that up. 🙂 Thanks Piglit, hugs. xo

Nothing new....lose weight before talking about other problems. Typical solutions for everything to most doctor this day. I have tried to lose weight since I was a little bit overweight and now it's beyond manageable...what hope do I have now. So I'm on my own if the weight is the doctor concern rather than the problem that I am facing since I was skinny!
This also triggered something deep in the abusive history too, my mother told me to lose weight since I was 16 and my weight was 48 kg. Today I weight 82 kg still have to lose weight... fml. I hate that word.
