Stress symptoms, depressed and feeling much anxiety
I have all the symptoms of stress. Itchy skin, allergies come out easily, my scalp was full of blisters, i have difficulty working, socializing, playing and merely living. I am depressed and feeling much anxiety.

Hi! Do you have any awareness of where the stress is coming from? Anxiety has played a big part in my life and I work on what the triggers are so I can focus on myself and my children. My body talks to my constantly and I finally started listening to what it has to tell me. Know and continue to learn about yourself. My very best to you.
I sure hope you find some relief. While I don't suffer from depression, my stress and anxiety levels are so high I don't know how I manage to get up and go to work every day, so in that respect I can definitely relate to an extent, and I do feel your pain.
The only advice I can think of is to find a good Mayo Clinic doctor and try to schedule an appointment.
Yes, I agree with mainlady. We all need to listen to our bodies an learn what we react to.
All humans experience stress but I've never heard of scalp blisters. You must be severely stressed and I would have to agree with others in that you should seek professional assistance.
Are your depressive and anxiety issues being treated? Make sure you're not having any side effects from medications. I remember being prescribed Lamictal once and was told to immediately report any type of rash because that was dangerous.
I hope you find some relief soon and have faith that your life will turn around for the better.
Sincerely
Roxie
Hello, Do you have any suggestions for a good doctor at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix?
WOW...THAT is a lot to deal with, especially on a daily basis.
do you have a family Dr. that you can freely talk to? I just found one and it has been a great relief. I have had blisters because of certain shamoos or haie sprays. It's the pits. so sorry you are having all thes experiences. I strongly urge you to talk with your DR. be very honest and open with that person. it;s the only waqy they can truly help you. keep reaching out.
PEACE & LOVE ,,,JJ
just walk in.... and say, "I need Help"... or call for a referral to an anxiety doctor.
Hmm, well I need a doctor that’s in network to Blue Cross Blue Shield so insurance will cover it. Need a good Dermatoligst asap! Thank you by the way for the forum!
I think that I need a good dermatologist also. I have these little bumps on my face, not pimples. I don't know if they can be removed or sanded or lasered.
with all the other appointments for my cancer, just thining of bringing another doctor onboard is daunting.
