True ...we are too fragile to stress. I'm still trying not to feel guilty when I don't do much. Be nice to my own body but still with loads of guilt of not doing anything for others.
Stress is bad for everybody...once my depression is in control I usually get a bit of anxiety and my stomach upset quite often and that is the least trouble that I had so far.
We can be fragile at times and need to avoid stress. Don't feel guilty my dear friend you care for us on here Hugs Piglit

I'm sorry that in order for you to recover you have to distance yourself from loved one's. You're not alone. I had to do the same recently when a relative that I once admired and respected crossed some boundaries and made me feel dirty. Some times people think that joking around is innocent but when the comment is made frequently it can shake one's foundation. I no longer speak to him because when he and his family needed me I was there but when I needed I was lied to and disrespected.
Try to continue being good to yourself and surround yourself with good intentioned folks.

Hi my girls, just wondering how everyone has been going and letting you know always here if you need to talk. I do have a little question went to visit the dr to have my usual weekly blood test and blood pressure was riding fairly high. Have had a stressful week so put it down to this.Not sure as to have it rechecked or not. Hugs Anniex0
